In order to enter a series of pictures (up to 10 images), follow the following steps:
Step 1
Download the Submission Form:

Fill in the form and send it as an attachment to the following address: photographicexplorationproject@gmail.com
Applications that don’t include the filled form will not be considered.
The form is available in 3 different formats: .docx, .odt and pdf
If for some reason you cannot work with one of those files, please copy and paste all the required informations and write your answers directly in the text of your email. If you chose this option, make sure you answered to all the required fields.
Please write the email subject as follows: "Urban Challenges" + Your Complete Name
Step 2
Include your pictures in the email attachment

Photography entries must be in digital format with the following technical specifications:
• Accepted file formats: JPG, TIFF
• Minimum resolution: 300dpi
• Size: Images must be sized to 3000px minimum on the longest side. Please send your file in the highest possible size and resolution!
• Image file names: The files must be titled with the photographer’s last name and a sequential image number. For example: yourlastname_01.jpg
In case your pictures are too big for an attachment, you can send them through wetransfer.com to the same email address (NOT Google Drive).
Step 3
To finalize your entry, please fill in this last form to confirm your submission and make the payment of 15 euros.
Why is a financial contribution needed to enter a series?
The entry for single images is free. Once the pictures from the single entries are selected for the exhibition, we ask to each artist a contribution for the printing and production costs of 29,50 euros / artwork. However, for photographers who wish to enter a body of work of more than 3 pictures, this contribution may become a bit too high for one person. That's why we would like to work with a solidarity system for the series. Each photographer makes a contribution of 15 euros at the entry, but as that money will be used to cover all the production costs to exhibit series, the photographers don't have to pay anything anymore in order to participate to the exhibition once they are selected.
